Have US leads message you first on WhatsApp

Have US leads message you first with a Click-to-WhatsApp ad in Meta Ads, then send a WhatsAble template to those United States numbers and keep them replying.

This page is the US path. A cold template to a US number that never wrote you does not go through. You cannot send a WhatsApp template until the lead writes you first.

How do I have US leads message me first, then send a template?

1. Run a Click-to-WhatsApp ad in Meta Ads so the lead messages the business. WhatsAble receives that inbound. WhatsAble does not create the ad.

2. Catch the first message with an incoming trigger in n8n, Zapier, Make, or a webhook you created. The trigger fires on that first inbound.

3. After they have written you, send an approved template from WhatsAble.

Zapier: Send WhatsApp Message. In the template configuration, pick the approved template and map the variables.
Make: Send WhatsApp Message → Send WhatsApp Template.
n8n: Send template via Notifyer.

After that inbound, WhatsApp treats them as interested and allows template messages, including to US numbers. A US number is +1 and a US area code. Canada and Caribbean +1 numbers are not US.

4. Keep them replying. Replies keep templates allowed. No timer.

That is inbound plus engagement. It is not a WhatsAble bypass of Meta.

An Agent Skill is not a fourth way to send the template. The skill only sees this inbound if it sits on a webhook you created. Installing skills alone does not unlock the US send.

What can I build with that first inbound?

Your CRM can mark the contact inbound-first when that first message lands, then send the template from the same automation.

A Sheet can take a new row of unlocked US numbers from that same inbound.

n8n, Zapier, Make, or the webhook you created can catch the inbound and send the template.

What this is not

Send a template only after they write. Build the Click-to-WhatsApp ad in Meta Ads, not inside WhatsAble. A 24-hour or 72-hour window is not a WhatsAble feature.
