Setup
How to set up the WhatsApp Zapier integration
- 1Copy your Whatsable API key Go to Settings → API keys in your Whatsable account and copy your Whatsable API key.
- 2Create a Zap In Zapier, create a new Zap. Use the Whatsable trigger, or start with a trigger from another app.
- 3Connect your Whatsable account When Zapier asks you to sign in, paste your Whatsable API key.
- 4Add the send action Add the Send WhatsApp Message action. Choose an approved template or a free-form message for the 24-hour window, then map the phone number and variables.
- 5Schedule a follow-up Optional: add the Schedule a Follow-Up Message action with a reply condition or label condition.
- 6Test and publish Test the Zap and publish it.

- Phone numbers must be digits only, full international format, no plus sign, spaces or dashes (e.g. 14155550187)
