You're billed for the unique contacts you reach each month, not your total message volume or contact list size, and the count resets every billing cycle. WhatsApp fees are billed separately by Meta.
No, 0% markup. You pay two bills: your Whatsable platform plan (Bulk Message, Pro, or Agency), and Meta's WhatsApp per-message fees, billed directly by Meta at rates that depend on your country and message type. Whatsable does not add anything on top of Meta's rates.
From 1 October 2026, Meta will bill service messages (replies within an open 24-hour conversation window) after the first 1,000 free per business phone number per month. Utility templates sent inside an open window are also charged from that date. Whatsable still passes all Meta fees through at 0% markup — our pricing does not change. To avoid any interruption to your messaging, add or verify a payment method in your Meta Business Billing Hub before 30 September 2026.
Contact bands on this page are how you pick a higher monthly unique-contact limit (for example 500 to 1,000). If you stay on your current tier and reach more unique contacts than that tier covers in a billing period, you are not cut off and not auto-upgraded. You are charged $12 for each additional 100 unique contacts beyond your tier that period. Example: Pro at 500 unique contacts ($49/mo) who reaches 600 pays $49 + $12. Around 80% of your tier we email you about upgrading; if you don't upgrade, overage still applies only to what you go over.
