Add WhatsApp to Lindy.ai with WhatsAble Agent Skills

Lindy has WhatsApp if you use WhatsAble. Paste the Agent Skills block, add Personal secrets, and Lindy runs the install. Keep the WhatsApp Business app.

Lindy has WhatsApp if you use WhatsAble. You paste an Agent Skills block into Lindy, add Personal secrets, and Lindy runs the install. That is the whole path. You do not need Lindy's Pipedream connector for this, and you should not start from Lindy's own WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business tile.

Lindy Skills are playbooks Lindy already knows. WhatsAble Agent Skills are different: they are the install Lindy runs from the prompt you paste. Native WhatsAble OAuth failed in the worked example. The user told Lindy to use the skill instead, and Lindy asked for secrets.

In this Lindy share, Lindy wanted Settings, Secrets, and it asked for NOTIFYER_API_TOKEN first. The fallback it accepted was NOTIFYER_EMAIL and NOTIFYER_PASSWORD. The user saved email and password. Lindy sent a template and the status was Delivered. NOTIFYER_* is the install name. The product is WhatsAble. Never paste those values in chat.

If you save the email and password, Lindy can fetch the token. You do not run login.js. If you already have a NOTIFYER_API_TOKEN from the WhatsAble workspace, you can save that instead.

Watch How to add WhatsApp to Lindy.ai (without Pipedream) - using WhatsAble. The video is the same path: paste the block, add secrets, let Lindy work.

Three hosts show up and they are easy to mix. whatsable.app is this site. notifyer.whatsable.app is the WhatsAble workspace, where you connect WhatsApp in the browser. api.insightssystem.com is the API host inside the prompt Lindy runs.

How you set it up

Copy the Agent Skills block from the walkthrough (the video prompt, not the Lovable tab on https://whatsable.app/vibe-code unless that tab is the same block). Paste it into Lindy.

In Lindy, open the top-right profile, then Settings, Personal settings, Add Personal secret. Lindy may also say Settings, Secrets. Add NOTIFYER_API_TOKEN first, or NOTIFYER_EMAIL and NOTIFYER_PASSWORD. Tell Lindy you saved them.

First WhatsApp connect and billing happen in the WhatsAble workspace in the browser (notifyer.whatsable.app). If those are not done, do them before you expect a send.

What Lindy runs, not you

Lindy runs the install. You do not type these lines in a terminal. They stay inside the prompt Lindy sees: npx skills add whatsable/whatsapp-business-agent-skills --all, then NOTIFYER_API_BASE_URL=https://api.insightssystem.com, then login and doctor.js before templates or webhooks. Console API uses Bearer. Chat API does not. Templates go out when the 24-hour window is closed.

Once the secrets are in and you confirm you saved them, WhatsApp actions fire from Lindy. You can run scheduled messages, templates, broadcasts, labels, webhooks, conversation search, and an AI support bot.

What can I build with Lindy and WhatsAble?

A CRM follow-up that actually reaches the phone. Lindy already watches the deal. When it is time to write that person, WhatsAble sends the WhatsApp template from Lindy. You keep the contact in the CRM you already use. This page does not invent CRM clicks or field labels.

A Sheet you can report from. After Lindy sends, or after a chat comes in, the same automation can write a row to a Sheet you already have. No invented Sheet buttons. The row is only that the conversation happened, so you can see volume later.

Another automation in the same picture. A webhook you created can hand an inbound chat to Lindy, or Lindy can fire a WhatsAble send and then tell n8n, Zapier, or Make to update the rest of the stack. Agent Skills are the Lindy install, not a fifth WhatsApp product.

Keep the WhatsApp Business app

WhatsAble coexistence means you keep the WhatsApp Business app on the number. The green consumer WhatsApp app is not that. If you only have consumer WhatsApp, install WhatsApp Business and connect that number in the WhatsAble workspace. Do not uninstall WhatsApp Business.

If something else is failing

Native WhatsAble OAuth is our connect, not Lindy's WhatsApp tile and not Pipedream. If that OAuth fails, use the skill. If Lindy's own WhatsApp tile is down or not working, that is a different fail. Use WhatsAble Agent Skills either way.

This path is WhatsAble in Lindy. It is not Twilio, WATI, respond.io, 360dialog, or ManyChat.
