You built an AI agent that handles common questions and replies on your behalf. Your team watches it work. Some replies land. Others miss the mark or sound off-brand.
How do you turn those observations into better instructions without rewriting your entire agent?
In the new Whatsable console, any team member can rate an AI decision with a thumbs up or down and add an optional comment. When an admin gives a thumbs down with a comment, Whatsable generates up to 3 suggested edits to your agent's settings. You review those suggestions in the editor, apply the ones that make sense, and save.
Nothing changes automatically.
Your team rates decisions in the inbox
Your support team sees the AI agent at work every day. They know when a reply feels right and when it doesn't.
In the inbox, any team member can rate an AI decision with a thumbs up or down and add an optional comment. The rating takes seconds.
Admins can also rate decisions in the test panel while building or refining an agent.
These ratings help you improve instructions over time.
Admins see suggested edits in the editor
When an admin rates a decision thumbs down and includes a comment, Whatsable generates up to 3 suggested edits.
You see these suggestions in the editor under Decision feedback. Each suggestion is a specific change to your agent's settings.
You might see a suggestion to clarify how the agent should handle refund requests, adjust the tone for a scenario, or add a missing detail about your return policy.
The suggestions are concrete edits you can read, consider, and apply.
You decide what to save
The suggestions appear in the editor, but nothing saves automatically. You review each one, decide whether it improves your agent, and apply the changes you want.
You might apply all 3 suggestions. You might apply one and ignore the others. You might rewrite a suggestion to fit your style.
Once you've made your changes, you save the agent.
What the suggestions won't change
They won't propose changes to your agent's name, whether it's active or paused, or your notification settings for handoffs.
Why this matters
Your team rates decisions as they work. You get specific suggestions based on real conversations. You review and apply the changes that make sense.
Getting started
In the new Whatsable console, you'll see the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons in the inbox when your AI agent makes a decision. Your team can start rating right away.
As an admin, when you rate a decision thumbs down and add a comment, you'll see suggested edits appear in the Decision feedback section of the editor. Review them, apply the ones that fit, and save.
The more your team rates decisions, the more context you'll have to refine your agent's instructions over time.
