Building a WhatsApp AI agent means filling a form: tone, instructions, knowledge sources. If you run a busy support team or manage agents for different products, that setup work adds up.
In the new Whatsable console, describe your business in a conversation and the Assistant fills the form.
The Assistant is available to admins only.
Describe your business in a conversation
When you create a new AI agent, you see two options: "Set it up by chatting" or "Fill in the form myself." Both open the same editor. The first starts a conversation in the Assistant tab.
The Assistant asks about your business, your customers, and what the agent should do. You answer in plain language. It asks what tone you want, what questions customers ask most often, or where it should look for answers.
The form updates as you chat. If a field looks wrong, edit it by hand or tell the Assistant to adjust it. You can attach up to 20 files during the conversation. Each turn uses one test slot from your panel. The conversation supports up to 30 replies and up to 10 edits per reply.
Nothing is saved until you save it. The Assistant fills the unsaved form. You decide when to save. It cannot turn the agent on or assign it to a phone number. If you reload the page, the conversation starts over.
If you already have an agent and want to improve it, in the editor, "Improve my agent" opens the Assistant tab. The same conversation flow applies.
This feature is available to admins only.
