Privyr is a mobile-first lead CRM for sales follow-up on WhatsApp. WhatsAble is a WhatsApp-led Cloud API shared inbox with unique-contact billing and Chat Handoff. If you are choosing between a phone CRM and a real team inbox on one number, the product shape and the bill are where they diverge.
Both products document Meta Coexistence paths so you can keep the WhatsApp Business app while you add Cloud API automation. That shared ground is not the whole story.
Privyr is built as a mobile-first lead CRM: capture, assign, remind, and follow up from phones, with multi-number setup where each salesperson keeps their own WhatsApp Business number. WhatsAble is WhatsApp-led: Bulk Message, Pro, and Agency plans on unique contacts with a shared Cloud API team inbox on one number, Make, Zapier, and n8n on Pro and Agency, and Chat Handoff when a human replies.
The practical split is billing meters (unique contacts vs per-user seats), whether you want one shared inbox or a multi-number mobile CRM, automation depth, and how Meta fees show up on your books.
Every Privyr row in this table is sourced from privyr.com pricing, help, and product pages. WhatsAble rows reflect live product features.

WhatsAble is built for WhatsApp-led teams as an official Meta Tech Provider. You connect through Embedded Signup with Meta Coexistence. The Business app stays on your phone. Messages sync between phone and inbox. About six months of 1:1 conversation history can come over at connect. Groups, Status, and Calls stay on the phone app.
Plans are Bulk Message, Pro, and Agency only. Pro is $49/mo for 500 unique contacts with overage at +$12 per extra 100. Agency is $53.90 per number. Extra team seats start at $12/mo on Pro and Agency. Meta WhatsApp fees are a separate bill with 0% WhatsAble markup.
When a teammate replies from the WhatsAble inbox or from the WhatsApp Business app on the phone, Chat Handoff switches that thread to Human Agent and the AI stops on that conversation. If you also run Make, Zapier, or n8n, pausing those automations when a human replies is a separate filter from native Chat Handoff.
Privyr markets a mobile-first lead CRM for sales follow-up: capture leads, assign them, set reminders, and run follow-up sequences from phones. Their WhatsApp CRM intro describes multi-number setup for teams and states that it is multi-number setup, not a shared inbox, with each salesperson engaging clients from their own WhatsApp numbers.
Privyr publishes a WATI vs Privyr article (July 19, 2026) that frames Privyr as a mobile lead CRM versus a WhatsApp API platform. We cite that self-positioning once for buyer context and do not copy their feature table.
On pricing, Privyr lists Free Forever, Privyr Pro, and Privyr Ultimate. Pro is billed per user with public list prices on the pricing page script. WhatsApp Auto-Responder, Campaigns, Automated Sequences, and Contact Import are paid add-ons on Pro without a public dollar on the page. Lead distribution via email or WhatsApp is $0.10 per lead on Pro and Ultimate per the public compare table.
Help articles describe WhatsApp Automations through official WhatsApp APIs via Coexistence, requiring a WhatsApp Business app number. WhatsApp Business API numbers are incompatible. After connect, conversations continue in the WhatsApp Business app. Privyr describes itself as a verified Meta Business Partner on public help.

Pair WhatsAble Pro with Privyr Pro. Rows use unique contacts as the left axis for WhatsAble only. Privyr Pro seat list price stays flat across every row because Privyr bills per user, not by unique WhatsApp contacts. At one user and 500 contacts, Privyr Pro monthly seat list can undercut WhatsAble Pro. Multi-seat teams change the math.
WhatsAble Pro: monthly platform list (Meta delivery separate). Privyr Pro: $35/user/mo monthly in the table unless noted.
| Unique contacts / mo | WhatsAble Pro | Privyr Pro (per user) |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | $49/mo | $35/user/mo monthly |
| 1,000 | $109/mo (= $49 + 5 × $12) | $35/user/mo monthly |
| 2,000 | $229/mo (= $49 + 15 × $12) | $35/user/mo monthly |
| 5,000 | $589/mo (= $49 + 45 × $12) | $35/user/mo monthly |
Optional Privyr Pro list: $20/user/mo billed annually ($240/yr per user on public pricing script, sourced 2026-10-02). WhatsAble annual billing is two months free on the public pricing page.
Both products document Coexistence paths for the WhatsApp Business app. The monthly math splits on meters: unique contacts and two bills vs per-user seats plus paid WhatsApp Automations add-ons on Privyr.
Yes. Both document Meta Coexistence paths. WhatsAble connects via Embedded Signup. Privyr help states WhatsApp Automations run through official WhatsApp APIs via Coexistence, requires a WhatsApp Business app number, and WhatsApp Business API numbers are incompatible.
Privyr's WhatsApp CRM intro describes multi-number setup for teams and states it is multi-number setup, not a shared inbox, with each salesperson engaging from their own WhatsApp numbers. WhatsAble Pro and Agency provide a shared Cloud API team inbox on one number.
WhatsAble Pro bills on unique WhatsApp contacts reached each month with Meta fees separate at 0% markup. Privyr bills per-user seats on Pro, plus optional WhatsApp Automations paid add-ons and $0.10 lead-distribution fees on public pricing. These are not the same unit.
Privyr lists WhatsApp Auto-Responder, Campaigns, Automated Sequences, and Contact Import as Paid add-on on Pro without a dollar on the public pricing page. See privyr.com/pricing or contact Privyr sales for WhatsApp Automations add-ons.
Yes. Keep the Business app installed. WhatsAble uses Meta Coexistence so the app and Cloud API share the same number. Do not uninstall the app after connecting.
WhatsAble charges 0% markup and Meta bills you separately at Meta rates. Privyr is a verified Meta Business Partner on public help; WhatsApp Automations are paid add-ons on their pricing page without a public headline markup percentage.
Choose Privyr when mobile-first lead capture, per-user WhatsApp numbers, and seat-based CRM workflows are the center of how you sell. Choose WhatsAble when a shared Cloud API inbox, unique-contact billing, Chat Handoff, and Make, Zapier, or n8n depth on one number are the center of the stack.
